is a fantastic way to learn the art of sailing, wind
awareness and the fun of sailing without ever leaving
the London.

Level One: Getting afloat the Beginners Course
Getting
started this is for you.The course is mainly practical
with shoreside classroom teaching as well. The course
will include.
Rigging
a dinghy: putting all the bits
in the right place before sailing.
Ropework:
Knots
Launching
and Recovery of the boat: Getting
it in and out.
Sailing
Technique: Sailing, stopping,
turning the dinghy and sailing in a triangle in a
steady and controlled manner.
The
course is over a weekend in London covering 12 hours
and will give you the knowledge to sail, it will be
perfect to lead on to a Level 2 or come sailing on
our Sigma Yachts.
