RYA
Day Skipper
Building on skills & experience
This
course is designed to build on the sailing experience
you have and bring you to a level where you will feel
comfortable and confident in skippering a vessel and
organizing your crew. Encompassing everything from
boat handling to navigation this course brings a great
sense of achievement and, more dangerously, a great
thirst for more.
Our
instructors are hand-picked for their extensive experience
and ability to teach in a relaxed manner. They will
guide you through the syllabus and you will be given
the opportunity to take charge of the vessel on the
passages during the course. Students live on board
for the duration of the course and you will visit
many of the interesting harbours and towns on England's
beautiful South Coast.
Everything
is inclusive in the course except moorings and beer,
we have found that a kitty is the fairest way to cover
this and balances out over the course.
