The Yachts

SPORTS YACHTS J24 / L26 / HUNTER 19 These racing keelboats are excellent for beginners learning the skills of skippering and wind awareness. They are light and responsive, and easy to maneuver in close quarters.

MEDIUM YACHTS Lavranos 34ft (L34) The Lavranos yachts were designed specifically by Angelo Lavranos to withstand the heavy seas that are common to the South African coastline. These yachts are strong, hardy and fast, constituting the perfect training boat for these waters. Bavaria 36 are available as well.

LARGE YACHTS Leisure 42 (the fastest 42 ft design in South Africa) The Leisure 42 is a performance cruiser designed by naval architect Alec Simonis and is the fastest 42ft yacht in South Africa to date (first 42ft across the line in the Cape To Rio) - twin helms, triple spreader mast, three private cabins, saloon berths, private heads, radar and electronic maps, pressurized hot and cold running water, fridge and freezer. These yachts are used for the coastal trips between Cape Town and Durban due to their speed and strength.
