Diesel Engine Course

more about the Engine!
This
is a fun, practical course run by experienced yachtsmen
and engineers centred on helping you understand the
beast in the engine room. You will learn how to be
more self-sufficient on board by knowing the principles
of diesel engine operation. We will explain the different
parts and systems in a marine diesel engine, faultfinding
and rectification, as well as routine maintenance
and winter lay up. You will be able to deal with common
engine failures and this in turn will make you more
confident in venturing that little bit further from
land.
